Brian Snyder is executive director of digital for the Americas region at Golin, one of the world’s leading marketing communications consultancies. Brian leads a multidisciplinary practice of digital strategists, content creators, community managers, influencer engagement specialists, analytics experts, designers and developers to help big brands and Fortune 100 companies in such diverse industries as quick-serve restaurants, home entertainment, healthcare, commodities and business solutions deepen their relationships with consumers, employees and partners through effective digital, social and mobile engagement.

Recently, Brian and team launched the latest Super Mario and Legend of Zelda games with Nintendo, helped McDonald’s embrace transparency and engage in deep and ongoing social dialogue about its food, made Unilever’s Fruttare frozen juice bar brand one of the most talked about at Lollapalooza, managed global content creation and social engagement for Dow Chemical at the Summer Olympics and drove thousands to download the Taylor Swift greeting cards app.

Prior to joining Golin, Brian led multiple digital transformation initiatives over the course of ten years at Whirlpool, the world’s leading maker of home appliances, including brand marketing, corporate communications, social media, innovation, direct sales, customer service and employee engagement.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame and returns to campus frequently to lecture at the Mendoza College of Business, provide counsel to the Fighting Irish Digital Media team and cheer at nearly every home football game.
